Return Policy

General terms and conditions

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your product must:

Be in the same condition in which you received it.
Cannot be used.
Must have original labels and packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase must be attached.

How to make a return?

To make a return, please complete the Withdrawal Form (click here to download) and include it with the return shipment.
The goods can be delivered in person or sent by post or courier to the following address: Address - Kartoszyno, ul. Żarnowiecka 2, 84-110 Krokowa
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will notify you of our refund decision.

Important! Returned goods must not be opened, damaged, or show any signs of use, except for inspection of their features and functionality.

Exceptions (non-returnable products)

We do not accept returns:

Open food packages or damaged packaging (for hygiene reasons).
Products with a short expiry date (unless they were defective at the time of purchase).
Medicinal products (e.g. flea and tick remedies) – returns are only possible in the event of a quality defect or incorrect delivery.
Promotional products and gift cards.

Damage and complaints

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us at info@agro-fish.pl and we will help resolve the issue.

Exchange

The best way to get the product you want is to return it and place a new order.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If your refund is approved, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
