Quality Policy
The primary goal of our company's Quality Policy is to strive to meet current and future customer expectations in the scope of Agro-Fish's activities, i.e.:
- Production and distribution of products – pet food products,
- Production and distribution of products – according to individual customer orders,
- Providing services at every stage of breeding (assistance in planning demand, assistance in disease prevention, assistance in resolving difficult situations on farms).
The Quality Policy at Agro-Fish Sp. z o. o. is implemented within the framework of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the international standard EN ISO 9001.
The main directions of action to ensure full satisfaction of our clients are:
- Ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of manufactured products and services
- Implementing new technical solutions aimed at optimizing the production process
- Ensuring timely order fulfillment in line with customer requirements
- Ensuring price competitiveness of products.
- Providing competent staff and developing and implementing effective methods of employee professional development
We achieve the above goals by:
- Collaboration with clients, constantly learning about their needs and expectations in order to improve and refine the effectiveness of our activities
- Creating mutually beneficial supplier relationships
- Continuous improvement of employees' qualifications, knowledge, awareness and their identification with the company
- Full knowledge and compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System in force at Agro-Fish
The quality policy is known and applied by all employees and communicated to all interested parties.
Based on policy issues, detailed quality objectives have been adopted, the implementation of which is analysed as part of reviews carried out periodically by the Management.
